A forward-thinking Fintech enterprise leading the charge in revolutionizing payment practices is actively seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Development Team. Our company stands as a pioneer in developing cutting-edge solutions and products that empower both individuals and enterprises, fostering seamless digital financial journeys.

We are seeking a Junior/Mid-Level DevOps Engineer who is passionate about infrastructure and automation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our engineering team, helping to streamline our development processes and ensure the reliability and efficiency of our systems. One of the first critical tasks will be to create a staging environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage various robust environments (testing/development/staging/production).
  • Collaborate with the development team to streamline deployment and release processes.
  • Maintain and improve our CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and scalability of our systems.
  • Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform.
  • Ensure system security through automation and implementing best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, or Ansible.
  • Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, Ruby or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with VM configurations and maintenance (VMware/Oracle/Other).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
